• The word agent refers only to registered tour operator and travel agents.
• We provide preferential rates only to agent who must previously send us a copy of their license certified by their respective local institution.
• We provide a margin of 10% commission on public rates to all registered agents including an agreement with our company which contain the rates of all our properties for a period of one year.
• We renew agreement only if the agent provide us a minimum of 5 customers each year or might consider renewing agreement for specific reason on a case to case basis.
• Agents who do not have a written agreement with us do not have the right to rent our properties to their customers nor to show our properties on any of their advertising tools, if we found any agent advertising one or more of our property without any written agreement from our company, we shall proceed to legal prosecution and claim a compensation varying from US$ 5000 to US$ 10000 depending on the extent of the claim.
• Agreement proposed to our agents only link them to all services available on this website that is property rental (villa, bungalow, apartment & guest house), car rental, airport transfer & excursions but agents have also the right to book only properties with us but seek for other services such as car rental, airport transfer etc. with other agents.
• Prior to advertise our properties in any kind of advertising tool such as website, newsletter, newspaper, brochures, web banners etc. Agents must inform our company management for approval before the publication.
• We do not accept any reference to our properties and services on any pornographic materials or drug store website or advertising tools.
• Agents shall review this page regularly for any update or amendments, we shall sent updates of our rules and regulations to all agents on a monthly basis so that they can work accordingly to the expectations of ITD Travel & Tours.
